Filed under: Food — admin @ 9:33 pm

I made rice crispy treats for the first time today. What I want to know it WHY HAVE I NEVER MADE THEM BEFORE. They are so easy to make and so absolutely delicious it’s not even funny.

Recipe:
Melt 3 Tbsp butter slowly in a pan
Melt a bag of marshmellows
Add 6 cups of rice crispy cereal
Stir and plop that mess into a greased pan

italian wedding

Filed under: Food — admin @ 7:07 pm

Again, I have successfully created another tasteful master piece. I call this, Italian Wedding Soup! Original, I know. It came out SO well.

First make some delicious meatballs:
take ground beef, some parsley, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt n peppa, minced garlic, oregano, basil and milk and mixed them together and make little meat balls and simmer them in broth.

in the big bowl, simmer chicken, onions, garlic, carrots, celery, spinach, oregano and salt in lots of broth.

cook small pastas separately and then put them all together and feast my friends.

The meatballs are the best part. I recommend that part of the recipe for normal meatballs too!

stir fry

Filed under: Food — admin @ 9:16 pm

This is the most delicious stir fry I have ever had. Best part? I (and my friend Jess) made it! UGH. So good.

Recipe:
Boneless Chicken breast
Fresh veggies of choice (broccoli, snow peas, peppers, onions, etc)
Marinade:
Cup of teriyaki sauce
1/3 cup of honey
1/4 cup of corn starch
Chopped garlic cloves
optional wine, ginger root, white pepper seasoning (I didn’t use these)

Let the chicken sit in the marinade for at least an hour, marinade veggies separately (salmonella YUCK!) then fry the chicken, then the veggies, serve with rice! Nom Nom Nom. I also fried chopped potatoes for a side dish. Delicious.
