I had such an exceptional day that I would just like to share:
Woke up to attend a cardio kick boxing class then interviewed the instructor for school.
Then came home and wrote up the paper work and went for a run.
Then showered and went to interview the manager of the fitness club.
Then went job hunting and filled out some applications.
Then did some shopping and only spent 98 cents of my own money on a top, bra, book and iced mocha latte.
Then finished my paper work.
Visited the gym to see the girls and my coach.
And then watched Make It or Break It with my one and only Jessica.
Finished the night off with some cookies and cream ice cream.
Huzzah.
All in all, great freaking mood.

my own “post” secret
The day after seeing Frank Warren and his Post Secret talk, I decided to do a little something of my own. I wrote this message and posted it on the doors of our gym and rec center.
Nothing like a simple message to brighten someones day. I even had a conversation with a stranger about it and pretended I didn’t know who posted it. tehehehe
also, ignore my mutant thumb.

I know I am a day behind, but yesterday I wore a shirt with the phrase “Spread the word to end the word”
The word “retarded” is a derogatory term, and I along with millions of others pledged to eliminate this word from our vocabulary.
